In today’s episode, I break down the science behind hunger and practical strategies to keep hunger at bay and stay on track with your goals. In this episode, I break down the ONLY 4 ways your body burns fat (energy). Most people only think about EXERCISE when it comes down to burning more calories. When the reality is EXERCISE only accounts for a small amount (5-15%) of your total calories burned in a day!
