In this episode, we answer one of the most common and confusing questions in body transformation: what is your ideal body weight, and what does it actually mean to be in maintenance? We break down how to identify a healthy body composition, how to stop cycling between restriction during the week and overeating on the weekends, and why maintenance is a skill, not a finish line. This conversation is about long-term sustainability, realistic expectations, and learning how to live in a body you can actually maintain. Today I'm gonna talk about something that's not fat loss related or metabolism-related, or any of that stuff related. Today I'm gonna talk about traits of a high-caliber man. And a reason why I wanna talk about this is these are traits that I want you to strive to find in your partner. The cool part about this is a lot of these you can embody yourself and also, you know, become that person that you want to attract if you're single. And I'm also gonna talk about some red flags to be on the lookout for, and I want to put out a disclaimer that I am not a therapist. Today, I'm gonna give you some super tactical, immediately implementable. Is that a word? Steps to start transforming your body. I'm gonna give you all the business today. I'm gonna give it to you in the only way I know how, which is raw and unfiltered. So if you're a note-taker, you might wanna take some notes. Everything I'm gonna lay out here, I'm gonna explain what to do and why you wanna do it. Okay? And it's gonna be likely. Pretty, it's gonna be more simple than anything you've heard because this shit is so overcomplicated unnecessarily everywhere you look. I approach fat loss from a very evidence-based, logical way At the end of the day. But if you break down how we burn calories every single day, ladies, it goes like this. 70% or more of your calories burned every day come from your basal metabolic rate. That is a fancy term. That simply means living and functioning, breathing, circulating blood, your organs, everything that's, working to make your body function. That is your basal metabolic rate. The two primary drivers. Of BMR are your active thyroid hormone, the amount of active thyroid hormone you have circulating in your body. It's not about setting huge goals or milestones that are like leaps and bounds from where we're at, because lifestyle change is not a dramatic overhaul, and this is why diets, This is why 75 hard. This is why keto. This is why anything that's extreme. Mother fucking work. It doesn't work. Let's define work. Work means you can do it, sustain it, and keep the results. Work does not mean you lose 30 pounds, then gain 40 back work does not mean you have to do it five or six times. Work means you can implement it into your busy life. As a woman, as a mom, as a partner, as a entrepreneur, whatever. Thing is you can implement this thing, this method, this modality into your life and you can continue doing it and enjoy what you're eating and enjoy how you're exercising, get results and continue doing it. You'll Learn: How many calories to eat What you DONT need to cut out The easiest exercise to hit your goals How long it takes to lose weight If you wanna finally escape dieting culture and get body results that make your ex wish he never mistreated you, Click here for the Revenge body Metabolic Revamp: https://maverickonlinecoaching.net/revenge Hosted on Acast. Hi, my name is Maverick Willett. I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist certified by The International Sports Sciences Association and have spent my entire personal training career working exclusively with women. So you may rightfully ask, “Why does a 6’5 male army veteran turned personal trainer only train women?” The answer comes back to being raised by my mom, Lynne Willett. When I was growing up my mom was competing in and winning fitness competitions all over the country using “unorthodox” training methods for most women at that time. She was years ahead of her competition and to this day is one of the most brilliant fitness minds I’ve ever met.
