Episode 020: Child Free By Choice Welcome to The Unfiltered Trainer: a lifestyle podcast set out to provide an open, honest and real take on mental health, fitness, relationships, trauma and more without the surface level nonsense you see in today’s culture. It’s meant for people who are tired of repeating the same cycles and who seek to not only heal but grow from toxic experiences so that they no longer feel like they have to stop apologizing for who they are. Being child free by choice is not something I decided one day, one month or even one year. It's a series of events, circumstances, triggers and palpable fears that lead me to making this decision. Yes, I know that with this particular group of words when spoken out loud, comes with a significant amount of judgment and opinions.
