In this episode we are joined by Jeff Cunningham to talk through the Olympic Trials Qualifying process during this cycle. Jeff is the head coach of the Bat City Track Club in Austin, Texas and coach's many other elite and sub-elite athletes who are pushing for the OTQ standard. Jeff dives into the high and lows that are ingrained in this process, what the 2:37 standard has done for his female athletes, his experience at the McKirdy Micro Marathon with eight of his athletes, the dedication needed to "go for it," his expectations for the final six weeks of the OTQ window, and much, much more.
