Anna Kacius is an endurance athlete based out of San Francisco who has an impressive resume, including qualifying for the Olympic Trials, 4th place at Black Canyon 100K in 2023, competing on team USA for the 100K team, and 6th at the JFK 50 miler. And most recently, she won the inaugural Kauai 50 mile race in a blistering time of 7:07! In this episode, Anna shares all about her incredible performance at the Kauai 50 miler. But on top of that, she also shares how she made the transition from road to trail, how she structures her training, and mental tricks that help her to perform well on race day.
