Jacky Hunt-Broersma on Running 104 Marathons in 104 Days and How She Did It

How do you not let excuses win when it comes to getting the work done as an ultrarunner? Whether it’s showing up day after day in your training, pushing through the mental lows of a long run, or dealing with how to get in the training in a busy life, building the strength to overcome the excuses is a must! And our guest today is the epitome of not letting excuses win. Jacky Hunt-Broersma is an ultrarunner who is a cancer survivor, amputee, and mother. And despite facing setbacks in her life, she was able to achieve the world record for most consecutive marathons in a row, at 104 marathons! On top of that, she is also running at least a half marathon every day for nearly 250 days in a row, and is currently in the middle of the challenge! She is doing this in honor of cancer survivors and those who have passed from cancer.
