If you heard only those words inside, even if there are ambient sounds, even though you're hearing my voice, even if there's a car alarm going off outside, if there are no other words inside, no other thoughts in you, but, 'Jesus, you take over', if your whole being is in agreement, meaning no secondary train of thought. Not praying, 'Jesus, I surrender myself to you', while thinking about what you need to do as soon as you're done praying. No, when your whole soul is praying, 'Jesus, you take over', and you hear only that, the hearing is Him hearing. It's Him listening. It's Him answering. In truth, it's Him praying. It's all Him.
