Whenever you meet with a re-run today, a looped individual, someone repeating the same patterns, saying the same things, doing the same things, that get under your skin, CHOOSE LOVE. Don't jump on the track, that looped recording with them. Don't match their energy. Don't respond the way you always do, to the way they always are. Even if that response is only different on the inside. Smile with your heart to them. Bow with the knees of your heart. And change the world, from the inside out. You have (t)His power.
