What Does God's Presence Feel Like? | Taste and See

It cannot be described because it is not in the realm of comparison or complementarity. You cannot smell incense burning nor see the leaf of a plant without using the corresponding sensory organ, but consciousness knows itself all the while the varied aspects of manifestation occur. Water is not altered by the many different fish swimming in its depths, it is ever water. I can give you another analogy. No matter how bitter or sweet the flavor of the moment, it can't mask the Divine Sweetness of Love. It can't make you forget your Self. Take a mantra and keep it on your lips and tongue at all times, so that you may taste the Love you are constantly. Taste and SEE.
