Negative Emotions Are Actually a Go(o)d Sign!

Today, focus on the emotion, not the reason for it. 1. Look at it, with your inner eyes. Is it big? Small? What shape is it? What color is it? How far up from the ground is it? How far down from the ceiling is it? Is it rough or smooth? Is it transparent or cloudy? etc. Even if your eyes are closed, look at it, unblinking, fully alert, like in this episode . 2. Listen to it-- not for words or for a story about why it has come. It's silent. You're silent. Listen to the silence in and around it. Be the silence. 3. Feel it fully without any need for context, explanation, or label. This is surrender. This is letting it go. This negative energy has only come because it's ready to be seen through, to be dropped. Sitting with it this way is the ascension, it's the level up. It then reveals the Love it was made of. And you stay in the Love. You stay as the Love. And you repeat this process every time more of the 'past' comes up to be released. Keep rising. Keep releasing. Keep rising. I'm with you.
