To sit with your Self. You can engage in any spiritual practice that suits you (or none). You can journal, you can meditate, you can practice Love, you can listen for silence, you can Namaskar, sway, take Love steps , consciously smile , do Japa (that's what I do along with Love Steps)... anything you like or a combination of several! The earlier you get up, the more you time you have for yourself, for your Self, for God, for Love. Take that time. Take your power back. We can sleep when we're dead :) But wait... we don't die, because we were never born. Our bodies can and will sleep... our minds can and will sleep... but this consciousness that we are, is eternally Woke... watching, from Love, the seeming waking, sleeping, and dreaming.
