Now, do I seek living waters within myself, the bread of life, the staff of life within myself. No longer do I seek from 'man whose breath is in his nostrils', but now I know my attunement is the secret of the spiritual life. Turning within a hundred times a day just for a momentary remembrance, 'thank you Father, the Kingdom is within me', 100 times a day.
