We’ve all made “to do” lists. Unfortunately, not many people have ever created a “don’t do” list. That’s exactly what today’s episode is all about. I’m sharing a list of things to NOT do. It’s a list of things that will make sure you stay overweight, unhealthy, and just overall miserable w/ your body and life. So, obviously you want to avoid these at all costs! We’ll cover all sorts of stuff like . . . Fear of failure When to quit and not quit Your relationship with yourself Victim mentality And where you spend most of your energy It may sound odd, but if you’ll give my list a chance, I think you’ll find it helpful, possibly eye-opening, and maybe even kind of fun.
