JMac was prior enlisted as a USAF Crew Chief where he worked on C-130s, but then crosstrained to be an enlisted PJ. After doing the PJ mission for 10+ years he was compelled to take the officer route which landed him as a CRO. JMac covers a bunch of different topics, like failures, why he made the move he did, a lot on Phase II, and deployments. He's a bundle of energy that cannot and will not be contained.
