Last week’s episode discussed the input rhythms (rest and restore). This week, Gabe and Rebekah emphasize the importance of the output rhythms (connect and create). When our bodies and minds are rested and restored, we are then able to go out and empower others and utilize the gifts and talents that God has uniquely designed for each of us. After all, being filled up isn't just for your benefit, but for the benefit of those around you. As we continue to navigate an unknown season that could easily ignite worry and fear, it’s crucial to intentionally connect with our people and continue dreaming.
