26: The First Agreement - Sunday Self Care Series

Playing “The Game” this month has Jen revisiting The Four Agreements, the book by Don Miguel Ruiz that was written as a practical guide to personal freedom. The first Agreement is “Be impeccable with your word.” This agreement is a good reminder of the power of our words to plant seeds that turn into thoughts that become actions. Just like we are responsible for actions on and off the mat, we need to practice responsibility for the words we use around ourselves and others. Make it a practice today to use positive words and plant positive seeds. This is a foundation of good self-care.
