Katie Eppley taught for seven years, and after experiencing severe anxiety, she decided to leave the classroom midyear. She successfully transitioned to a nanny after leaving teaching and also had her first child during that time. She loved being a mom, but struggled with postpartum. That lead her to become passionate about pediatric sleep. She got certified as a pediatric sleep consultant and newborn sleep specialist.
