The most simple and helpful little mindfulness exercise that you can add to your daily routine.
Lay down, breathe, relax, note what you are grateful for today and get the boost you need when you need it.
This exercise can be done written or in your head and helps you to check in with how your feeling, better understand why you ware feeling the way you are, and to develop some action points to help you feel that bit better in the future. Enjoy.
Alternate nostril breathing is a yoga breathing exercise where people breathe through one nostril while holding the other shut, then change nostrils and repeat the process. Take a few moments to rebalance and relax with this simple breathing exercise.

If like many of us, you are carrying around a lot of worry, stress, or anxiety recently, an exercise you might enjoy is ‘Let Go Breathing’. It’s a simple exercise that combines a mindful connection with your breath and a mantra that will help you to let go of those often overwhelming feelings, even if just for a few moments. Whether you work at home, in an office, on a ward, on a site or anywhere else, the reality is that work can be pretty stressful. Sometimes after a long day we need something that can help us to switch off and be present in our evenings. This is what this meditation is designed for. After a stressful day at work, on your commute or when you get home, put in your earphones and take 10 minutes to breathe, reflect, be present and unwind. This is the after work wind down meditation.
