Of letting go, and embracing change, Well, as I went through this season…I came to the conclusion…..this isn't a sparkly little conversation filled with golden light. What if karma isn't about cosmic payback at all? Join me and Dr. Lynn Anderson as we dive deep into what karma really means and how it can transform your life. Dr. Lynn breaks down karma as a branch of yoga that's all about cause and effect—a path of self-evolution through intentional action. We're talking about showing up fully without being attached to outcomes or chasing material rewards. Spoiler alert: this isn't what pop culture has been telling us. Here's what really hit home for me—awareness is everything. Dr. Lynn reminds us that trusting ourselves and managing our energy matters so much more than overthinking everything. It's about cultivating that inner peace we all crave. We also talk about the very real struggle of social media and how it messes with our idea of success. Dr. Lynn shares how our authentic fulfillment will never come from external validation, and it's time we stop looking for it there. Whether you're brand new to this or already on your karmic journey, this conversation is packed with practical wisdom you can actually use. Gather round, it's story time. I recently had an encounter with a potential client, that a few years ago would have completely broken me. Right in the middle of a carefully crafted presentation, she pointed out one of my biggest insecurities. I got off that call convinced the opportunity was DEAD (spoiler alert: it's not). But here's the kicker—much to my own surprise, I felt totally okay with it. That sense of calm certainty, of knowing I was just fine with or without her approval, felt like a powerful confirmation of how far I've come. Of the self-trust I've built. These are the moments. Small on the surface, but monumental underneath, that can either break us or make us. I don't know about you, but I'm choosing to let them make me. Every. Single. Time.
We all have our "squad" that surrounds us—our support system, friends, family, co-workers, community, and more. And the real MVP? You guessed it—it's YOU. So how strong is your team? And is it a team you really want to be on? In this episode, we dive into taking inventory of your squad to figure out who's actually supporting you versus who's draining you. We explore the importance of doing a mirror check to see how you're showing up as a teammate to others, and most importantly, we talk about recognizing YOU as the MVP and learning to treat yourself like you matter because you absolutely do. Because you my friend are a WINNER, and you deserve a strong team that reflects that.

Remember in The Little Mermaid when Ariel and Prince Eric are floating in the blue lagoon? Everything is perfect - the music, the lighting, the mood.....when suddenly, the boat flips. Remember?!?!? Just like that, the moment passes. Gone. Ariel is left a soggy mess without a kiss and no voice. This happens to us - ALL THE TIME. We are given moments of clarity, hits of inspiration, gut feelings, intuitive guidance etc. etc....but if we don't act on these in the moment, more often than not, the moment passes. That great idea gets lost in a sea of thoughts, the action we know we need to take gets added to another to-do list and buried in our phone notes, the people we wanted to call or text get forgotten about until the next time they pop into our mind. And when this keeps happening, it becomes more than just "a missed moment." It becomes a pattern. A way of life. And suddenly, you wake up wondering where your time—and your spark—went. I don't want that for you. I don't want that for me, either. So in today's episode, we're getting real about those fleeting moments of inspiration—and how to stop letting them slip through your fingers.
We often think doubt means we're on the wrong path — but what if it actually means we're growing? In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to experience doubt, how to work with it instead of fighting it, and how to keep moving forward even when things feel unclear. You'll walk away with a new perspective on doubt, practical tools to reduce its grip, and the reminder that uncertainty is often a sign of meaningful progress.
