In this episode, Jessica Denise Dickson returns to Do It For The Gram to discuss her countertype of Social 8 with Milton. After learning about the Enneagram during her time in higher education, Denise initially thought she was an Enneagram Two. She spent a few years doing work as a Two, but it was when she learned about the instincts and listened to women that she realized that she’s actually an Eight. She talks about her shift to Social Eight and how she’s transformed by this information. As she integrates Enneagram in her work, Denise provides a lot of insight on why typing is a journey of discovery, growth, healing and transformation and why she focuses more on the things the types give attention to such as core fears, desires, passions and fixations.Connect with Jessica:Jessica’s Links and Handles:IG: @jessicaddicksoncoachingIG: @jessicaddicksonWebsite: jessicaddickson.comFacebook: facebook.com/jessicaddicksoncoachingLinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/jessicaddicksonLinkTree: linktr.ee/jessicaddicksoncoachingMilton's Links and Handles:Join KCEP Program: kaizen-enneagram-community.mn.coThe B.I.G. In this episode, Milton breaks down each Enneagram type to help us learn how to live now. We are not promised tomorrow, and the Enneagram types have a certain way of making us wait to live life. Everyone has a divine gift and a divine purpose that the world’s need, and when you don’t do your inner work, the world misses out. Milton focuses on how the ego structures can truly take us away from being able to live in a way that’s holistic, liberating and transformational.Milton's Links and Handles:Join KCEP Program: https://kaizen-enneagram-community.mn.co/The B.I.G. In this episode, Milton discusses the need to submit or relax your dominant instinct while working in groups. Some of the inner work that we do has to be done in a community setting, and during a trip in Egypt, Milton realized that his self-preservation instinct doesn’t play well in this. He draws from his personal experience to share how this can get in the way. He also talks about what happens with the other instincts in groups and what can be beneficial for you.Milton's Links and Handles:This episode is sponsored by Betterhelp.
