We tend to it very naturally. Buying beauty for our outside world without putting focus on the inner self. There has to be balance with the self coming first.
Why can a nation of great power brag about being holy, filled with spiritual beliefs and a big promoter of the Heavenly word then go out and blow up the soils of other nations? Which is it? Peace maker or war Munger? Judgement day feels more like a human created thing. Peace filled moments are proving to be the required time needed to reload your bombs and bullets. Peace versus a takeover. The bully up against the victim. A country and its leader that uses bombs on other nations should never have the right to judge the violence on their own streets.

Slowly, religion is changing again. It's evolved back into, "Oh you're one of them." It's not supposed to be a popularity contest. Yet, we want to be part of the in crowd. There are those that will shout out, "Get into the right prayer circle." Oh, like collecting resumes for a job. Religion is what you interpret. What you see and experience isn't not what a friend or family member picked up. Yes... I 'm one of them. But which one?

There are no two forests the same, yet you can celebrate their presence the very same as your favorite collection of trees. Just be aware of where nature is presently standing with its own plan and decisions.
Hope, forgiveness and outreach. All three come from the mind body and soul. As does a cold walk with all thoughts set on selfish behavior and global domination. We need to be stronger as a people not as a person. Erasing the past won't fade the images of those holding onto the memories. As bent as we tend to make the truth, we know God tucks inside unspoken chapters the reality of the moment until called upon. Your social media footprint in the sand isn't washing away. A heart without forgiveness is a magic man's mirrored effect on a live stage.
As a way of connecting with his ailing father, international bestselling author and prominent journalist Aldo Cazzullo picks up the Bible and rediscovers an illuminating book that "speaks of us," and whose legacy of storytelling formed our modern world. Stories addressing themes like refuge, conflict, and justice are directly applicable to current crises and provide a framework for navigating life’s challenges including forgiveness, parenting and career decisions.Until a few generations ago, people of the Western world believed they lived under the watchful eye of God. His existence was as certain as the rising sun, and quoting passages and verse from the Bible was common. But that familiarity with the Bible is no longer a mainstay of the contemporary world. This book invites readers of all kinds to engage with the Bible as a living document that continues to pose fundamental questions about existence. It is an invitation to see these stories not as historical relics, but as a vital part of our ongoing cultural dialogue, Framed by a deeply personal narrative where Aldo Cazzullo revisits the sacred text by his dying father’s bedside. Do you believe in resurrections? They happen every day. But are you willing to listen, to participate, to explore and find newer ways to understand your personal journey? This podcast isn’t about what we study and see through the eyes of religion. My Boy Boy Ernie spoke with me every chance we had together. But this isn’t about resurrecting a spiritual brother of nearly 34 years. This resurrection is that of a writing instrument. Verbal documentation of what some may call a vision quest. Trusting the great mysteries of life. Tools are handed to us to carve out each expectation. This tool was laid to rest inside a forest floor. To experience the elements of reality while connecting with a universe that unconditionally shares its stories. But whose writing it? Welcome to The Resurrection…
Replenish and the soil shall serve you until its been ignored or taken advantage of. I do wonder if we treat the soil like we do each other. Rarely do we ever hear about the spiritual connection between the dirt and man. Something has put us in a moment of testing. Was it and is it our decision to decorate deception and disconnection? The planet is reacting. My heart is saying the human started the dust.

Yeah... Dot your T and cross your I. It sounds odd. So does life. It all seems odd and somehow people are finding their personal victory. Dot your T and cross your I. Stop being like everyone else.
The moment of now is very important. Prayer becomes more real, approachable and honest enough to be aware. We've made it too easy to wander, only to spend hours if not days wondering if we did it right. No matter how tough and painful it is the power of now prevails. We are to learn from it daily.

Lord of peace... When I was a teen, we'd shout out, "Little help from a friend!" Are we out of peace? The shelves look empty. The supply chain has been halted due to a ship build up in Iran. We have to be out of peace because the war in Ukraine is still in the news. We can't even figure out how to get out of our mess in the Middle Easte. Peace is what we used to do. It's become old fashioned like terrestrial radio and ten items or less at the grocery store.

When I first entered this forest in 1992 the lower section of the 95 foot drop in the hill was blessed with ample amounts of wild blueberries. My daughter chose to make this is favorite reading place. Today, they're all gone. But not the memories planted inside our growing forever.
The human still hasn't fully gotten in touch with the word love. It's there! But it's spotty. There are gaps. The space between. The corner of walk and don't walk. This doesn't mean we have to be religious freaks. It's a power of choice. Compassion, empathy and forgiveness don't need a preacher in a toolbox. Religion enables people to take the shape of judgement. It's about community without being twin sons from different mothers. Planting peace. Living together off its fruit. Always facing someone who takes too much.
