I’m doing this podcast to share important information about new research, new books, and new perspectives that don’t get enough air time in the media (or are sensationalized and oversimplified in the media). Some of my favorite topics and areas of expertise are diabetes, weight management, family nutrition, protein, agriculture, and food safety and technology. I’ve been a registered dietitian nutritionist for more than 20 years, and I have spent my entire career helping people enjoy their food with health in mind.
