Listen along as jim mcdonald dives into aphrodisiacs, a popular and often problematic term. Looking at lists of plants deemed "aphrodisiacs," we see everything from strong herbs (yohimbe) to culinary spices (ginger), from adaptogens (ashwangandha) to antispasmodics (kava).
