We are in this together. You are never alone, even as you move through challenges, grief, upheaval and doubts. You've got this! With the present awareness of how much is out of our control, we also invite you to explore the spaces where you are in control, where you can make empowering choices. We invite you to ask yourself, 'What can I control at this moment? What choices can I make this year to be the person I want to be?' We can control how we invite Reiki into our lives, especially during times of uncertainty and hardship. We can choose what is important to us. We can choose how we build upon our skills and training. We can choose how and what we develop on our Reiki path, and we can each choose the next steps we can take to get there. With this 40-minute Reiki Journey guided by Colleen to explore your next steps on your Reiki path. We journey with the expanded perceptions of eagle and mouse vision, observing both the big picture and your path close up. All you need is a pen and journal, as there will be an invitation for automatic writing during the journey. You may also choose to write after the journey if that feels better (it's your choice!).
