In this episode, this meditation provides you with a guided meditation that uses Reiki and the illumined ones to encourage feelings of love and gratitude. As you breathes in and out, the Reiki follows, entering your body and taking away any worries or worries of the world. It then focuses on your connection to your higher self, allowing anything that isn't aligned to be sent away, before remembering to be grateful for things within yourself and beyond. The illumined ones then give you a gift in the form of a reminder of your gifts and talents. There are moments of silences during this meditation for you to have your own inner experience.
