You are led to imagine walking along a path by a river and crossing a bridge of light, before arriving in a place of pure love and letting go of any negative thoughts or emotions. The journey ends with you joining in a celebration of the solstice with various celestial beings. There are moments of silences during this meditation for you to have your own inner experience.
