I've now been here for almost a year, and it has been the best decision I ever made! -SK I went fully plant based and then vegan, became a team supervisor at my work, completed my undergrad and got into a highly competitive internship. One Part was a major inspiration for me about a year ago and your guests have been so uplifting! The prevalence of female/women guests has also been hugely helpful for me as a young woman. -SC Hi! I've been a vegetarian for 10 years and I became vegan last year, I've started graduate school to get a Master's in Biology, I'm engaged to be married this year, and I have a wealth of great resources from the guests you have on whether they're chefs, wellness people, or otherwise. -JF I left hormonal birth control behind in order to find a more holistic method for figuring out my hormones! No regrets since doing so. Also, currently completing my first year of undergrad. Since then I graduated from college and started grad school! I am still in the process of figuring out exactly where I want my career to go, but vegan cooking and baking has been a consistent source of grounding and inspiration. Since listening, I have begun a self love journey and incorporating it into my exercise. I’ve NEVER been so kind to myself, and it’s really life changing. Rather than punishing myself for not being where I want it to be, I’ve been moving for enjoyment. This has been a stepping stone for more things in my life like eating more plants, simplifying my skin care (thanks to Adina), and preparing to ditch my birth control.
