Hillary Dixler Canavan, restaurant editor of Eater, joins host Kerry Diamond to talk about the debut book from the famous food media outlet, “ Eater: 100 Essential Restaurant Recipes From the Authority on Where to Eat and Why It Matters .” Hillary shares how the cookbook—and Eater’s seven-book deal—came to be and how the restaurants in the book were chosen.
