What percent of the time are you speaking versus the other person? Make it all about the other person, every time. 3 - Ask good questions AND listen to the answers . What’s the best number to call you on around 5pm?” 8 - Always, always, always end every conversation with: “Whom do you know that I should be calling to help them buy or sell a home?” 9 - Practice your F-O-R-D technique until it’s part of you.
