If you're not sure, always ask yourself if what you're doing leads directly to a transaction of not. The things that make you money in real estate are: ProActive Lead Generation, Furiously Fast Lead Follow-Up (don't let anything sit in your voicemail, texts, or messages for more than 5 minutes), PreQualifying, Presenting, Negotiating, and Closing.
