Citizen App Wrongly Accuses Man of Starting Southern California Fire

The Citizen app brands itself as a tool to report on local crimes and emergencies in your area. Now, officials are mandating that businesses keep track of the vaccination status of employees. The possibility of a Guaranteed Basic Income program in Los Angeles County took a step forward Tuesday with a vote by the L.A. County Board of Supervisors.
