Enjoy! Original Description: Dr. Beth Ricanati found herself stressed when a friend recommended she bake challah bread. Making bread from scratch requires being in the moment. Creating something with your own two hands provides a relaxing sense of accomplishment. Additionally, fresh-baked challah smells heavenly when taken from the oven.Dr. Ricanati wasn’t a baker before the challah project. She’s learned many wonderful life lessons while working with yeast and baking bread.
