Check out "Uncle Bill's Animal Tales" - Life Lessons for Adults . This is not a children's book, but a series of short stories and insights around my time with animals who have helped me to learn more about the world and myself. I believe animals can be our best healers and teachers if we're open and awake to receive the blessings. My dogs have been there for me during tough times, and I had a cat who helped me get clean and sober. Uncle Bill was my nickname growing up. I would always try and talk my neighborhood friends out of breaking into a house, or doing something unlawful, and I got a response one day, "Oh, shut up Uncle Bill. God, you're such an Uncle Bill." Then in college someone out of the blue called me Uncle Bill. It has happened several times in my life. So, I figured why not use it as the title of my first book? Plus, I have a niece and nephew so I am qualified for the title. It's simply a feel good, fun, and heartfelt book that I hope will entertain and educate at the same time. Thanks for checking it out! Enjoy the read, and go pat an animal today. I guarantee you'll feel better.
