117 How to Achieve Your Tennis Goals in 2016

Every year, at the beginning of the new year, I set a few tennis goals for myself - goals that I hope will improve my game and that I want to accomplish in the coming year. I've done this since 2009 and the results have been pretty inconsistent. Some years, I achieve one, maybe even two of my goals. Some years, nothing seems to happen. In this episode of tennis Quick Tips, I'm going to talk about setting tennis goals again and I'm going to give you the tips I'll be applying in 2016 to hopefully do a better job of achieving my goals.
