Totte Steneby is the Beverage Manager of Portal Restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden. He is also an importer of Burgundy wine into Sweden, and a European brand ambassador for both the Sandhi and Domaine de la Cote wineries of California. A former child actor, Totte Steneby discusses his sommelier career, having worked at a number of top restaurants in Sweden.
