I tell you how I unexpectedly became a writer through living my passion and being curious about the world. Through passion I was able to explore what good nutrition looked like, and figure out what works for me. Using those tools, I just kept growing my confidence stronger and stronger, which eventually led me to end up in a National Best Seller list.
