Big Brother came into my life when I wasn't myself and was struggling to reconnect with myself. In this episode of Building A Badass, I talk about my experience on Big Brother (the TV show), how breaking my foot put me in a deeper dark place, how coming out of the house was a harder shell shock than I could have imagined, and how the messages of my fans helped me reconnect to myself and my why, pulling me back to a positive place. 2017 was hard as hell, but it was preparing me for the greatest gift I was going to receive in 2018, a child. This is the story of my struggle and what brought me out of it just in time to truly appreciate the largest blessing in my life, pregnancy.
