Michigan Supreme Court rejects “insurrectionist ban” case and keeps Trump on 2024 primary ballot

The Michigan Supreme Court rejected the attempt to keep former President Trump off the 2024 primary ballot because of the “insurrectionist ban” in the U.S. Constitution. The Colorado Supreme Court kicked Trump off the state’s primary ballot for his role in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
