About this episode
The UNC football program is about to begin their winter training session, and with a new coaching regime in Chapel Hill, there seems to be a heightened level of anticipation amongst the fanbase for news about the team. For many fans, the beginning of “Blue Dawn” signals that the next football season is officially on the way, even though the games themselves are still some months off. For the players, the beginning of these workouts also signifies a turning of the page to the next season but the gravity of the situation is obviously much greater. Inside Carolina’s Mike Ingersoll & E.J. Wilson are intimately familiar with the winter workout period, and they join host Jon Seiglie to relive their experiences going through the process and discuss how it impacts players. They also discuss the surge of transfers that have happened over the past few weeks as a result of the NCAA's new transfer policies.
