North Carolina’s 2024 baseball season ended in Omaha at the College World Series and while the result was not ideal, the experience and journey certainly weighs heavily on this season’s Tar Heels. After a taste of the pinnacle of the sport, head coach Scott Forbes hopes to combine veteran returners, new transfers and young freshman talent into a team that can reach the top and stand alone when the 2025 season is complete.
