Since the early December signing day was implemented, February has been a slower month for North Carolina football recruiting. The former coaching staff chose to have the applicable high school class locked in and mostly enrolled early and while early enrollees are a big part of the UNC 2025 class, Bill Belichick and his team of recruiters have remained in catch up mode, loading in the rest of this year’s recruiting class both from the portal and the high school ranks.
