WR Tiers: How Late Can You Find Upside at WR? (07/16 Fantasy Football Podcast)

Tier 8 (44:15) has one player who seems to stand out above the rest. Tiers 9 (47:50) and 10 (56:10) also feature players with upside, but they are less proven.
