In this episode, I offer commentary on the No Contest Plea Deal as witnessed via the Cook County, Il Zoom link to the court proceedings that are open to the public. I offer commentary on the state of the allegations, dispel the notion that this podcast was somehow directed by Tobias Grave, and reaffirm my stance as an unbiased observer of all things within the inner clockwork of the two parties at the helm of the musical entity Soft Kill. The focus of the show shifts from the recently redacted episodes to Tobias' father, David "Toby" Francis, who came to prominence as a roadie and sound man for the Joe Perry Project, which led to Aerosmith (for whom he Produced ZERO albums). We BRIEFLY discuss his almost decade long run with Kanye West, as well as Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, and the great Kendrick Lamar. We discuss the business direction of Soft Kill, and how it found impetus via Toby Sr's love of frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, and Frank's ownership of his own catalog and merchandising via Barking Pumpkin Records, and this inspiration was what he posed to Tobias and Company as the role model for the group moving forward. Toby wished to challenge the narrative of his "Millionaire" status, the notion that he was a producer, and myriad other misconceptions.
