Today, we are back with Taylor Kirkbride, who you may remember from our Prenatal and Postpartum Nourishment episodes. After experiencing the loss of numerous friends and family members, including her brother, who was her closest friend and confidant, Taylor decided to take a deep dive into her grief and learn how to fully experience and honor it. This led to her passion for supporting mothers, which she now does as a postpartum chef and doula. In the episode, Taylor and I discuss a vast array of complex topics surrounding grief, pregnancy, divorce and even abortion.
