Liz has dinner at a frat and attends a cooking class for students taught by Stanford chef Andrew Mayne. His title is Senior Associate Director of Culinary Event Strategy and Plant Award Experience but the most important thing is that he's a fibrist. Remember, fiber is the new protein.
