Note: At 28:18 there is a typo. The ayat references should be 6:150 and 6:151] Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan starts by explaining with an example the difference between the word “Adl” and “Qist”. The next comparison is being done between the micro view of Arabs vs the macro view of non-Arabs. Another remarkable example of precision used in Surah Ash-Shu’ara is being highlighted by Ustadh as the Quran skips the word “brother” while mentioning Prophet Shuaib PBUH when he was sent towards the People of Aiykah (A big Tree). Ustadh explained one of the miracles of the Quran is that it was originally a recital and there is no editorial process while speaking. A book can be edited but not the speech while it was coming out the mouth of the speaker. How Allah protected His Quran is truly a miraculous sign from Him.
