To kick off the blessed 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan introduces a new series on the concept of hikmah (wisdom) in the Quran. The inspiration to teach this topic originally stemmed from his study of Surah Al-Jumuah, in particular verse 2 where Allah says: "He is the One Who raised for the illiterate people a messenger from among themselves—reciting to them His revelations, purifying them, and teaching them the Book and wisdom...." [62:2]. Thereafter, Ustadh looked deeper into this and drew findings from the incredibly detailed PhD thesis by Dr. Saqib Hussain on the same topic.
