Today we chat with Tess Chupinsky (@tesschupisky on Instagram), an entrepreneur/founder of @therunmylifejournal, homeschooling mom of 5, foster mom, and marathoner. Tess shares her experiences with running during pregnancy, the transformative power of journaling for mental health, and how she balances family life with training. She also discusses her journey into fostering and how it has impacted her family dynamics, as well as the importance of building a strong partnership in marriage. Coming out of a long injury cycle, she ran a 2:54 marathon and 1:20 half marathon in her 40s.
