Not bad for a 22-year-old. In Philly, the hosts put another loss on the Dodgers to secure their first sweep of LA at home since 2008 – outscoring them 19-5 in the process – and the Mets improved to 7-4 in July with a sweep of the Nationals. ACT 2: WHIPAROUND (6:58-7:57) Elsewhere around the Majors, the Mariners rolled past the Angels, 11-0, Cy Young hopeful Tanner Houck lowered his ERA to 2.54 with six shutout innings against the A’s, and Riley Greene had three hits and three RBIs as the Tigers crushed the Guardians, 10-1.
