Society often silences the struggles of mothers, but it's important to have support and express our true feelings about motherhood some days. It's okay to have regrets and struggles in motherhood. To navigate motherhood, it's important to let go of mom guilt, remove codependency, and embrace imperfections. Creating space and finding a community for moms who haven't had a great experience is crucial. Social media often portrays a perfect image of motherhood, but it's important to show self-compassion and prioritize self-care. Setting boundaries, managing time, and finding a supportive tribe are key to managing motherhood.
